I understand that:

• That the expedition may depart from the evening of Friday 23/10/2020 and return no later than 01/11/2020
• My deposit is non-refundable unless the expedition is cancelled, or the dates are moved outside of the above window.
• My son or daughter will be in Year 6 or older on 23/10/2020
• My son or daughter's position on the expedition is not finalised until my deposit is received
• Continued membership of, and regular attendance at Cubs/Scouts/Explorers is expected

Privacy Statement:

Personal data is being processed for the purposes of arranging, insuring and promoting our expedition and will be retained until 6 months after the expedition, or longer if required due to extraordinary circumstances such as insurance claim where first aid / medical treatment is provided. 

Photos and video will be taken during the expedition and may be used in our social media and other promotional material - I understand if I do not want my child's photos used in this way, I can speak to the trip organiser, but that 29th Purley cannot prevent other persons from taking photographs or videos in public places.

Data will be shared with organisations providing us services such as travel, insurance, souvenir clothing/items or activities, and will be used to keep you informed about our plans for the expedition.

Data will be processed in line with the Scout Association's privacy policy which can be found at https://scouts.org.uk/privacy-policy/ 

Data will be transferrered to and processed in Switzerland (which the EU has recognised as having an adequate level of data protection, and may be transferred to other countries' visa/board agencies if required, in line with General Data Protection safeguards.
