 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Please read the following terms & conditions of booking before signing your registration form or completing your online booking.

DEFINITIONS

3D Events is a trading name of Endeavour Holdings Ltd, 1 Waterloo Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4WT

BOOKING FOR THE GALA DINNER

1. When you have decided to attend the gala dinner, an online registration must be completed. A receipt will be issued, usually via email, as acknowledgement of your booking. Once we receive your booking, we will issue you an associated invoice to the email used to register your table. 

2. All bookings will be confirmed when the invoice is settled in full in advance of the event date.

3. Bookings will be processed in order of receipt on the online booking system.

4. 3D Events cannot be held responsible for any non completed applications.

5. Payment can be made using the following methods:

Cheque payments will be accepted on enquiry basis (payment in Pounds Sterling only)

BACS payment to the invoiced account. 

(Cheques for the incorrect amount may be subject to a 15.00 administration fee)

PRICE VARIATIONS

6. Upon receiving payment, the price charged by 3D Events will not change and can only increase in the event of change in the rate of GST, through government legislation.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

7. All table bookings are non-refundable

9. Only written changes to booking details will be considered.

CHANGES MADE BY 3D EVENTS

10. 3D Events reserve the right to make changes to the gala dinner event (including change of date and venue) due to unavailability of venue or event suppliers, due to illness or any unforeseen circumstance. 

LAW

11. Jersey law shall apply to any claim against 3D Events and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the Jersey courts.

DATA PROTECTION

12. The company implements and ensures compliance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 as relevant.
