Positions that need filling on the day are:

• Swim Entry and Exit Marshals- making sure that participants enter and exit the sea safely at the correct location.
• Check Point Marshals- handing out food and water to participants.
• Sweeper- following the last participant on foot to let other marshals know that the last participant has passed their section.

You don't need any experience to take part in Swim Run Jersey as a volunteer. For a full day of volunteering (5-10hrs), you will receive a transferable, free entry to the following year of the Swim Run Jersey Race, or 50% discount for a half day of volunteering (4-5 hrs). 

Volunteers should be over the age of 18 on the day of the race or should be part of a recognised group under the supervision of a leader over the age of 18.
