Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 18yrs or older to attend an event and photographic ID (Drivers license, passport or government issued ID card) MUST be produced at the front desk on your first visit for each membership applicant to ratify the membership application,

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

By London transport, we suggest Aldgate, Aldgate East or Liverpool Street as the nearest TFL stations. we are within a few minutes’ walk from each. By car, there is nearby street parking which is free after 8pm. Please contact us for more information once your membership has been accepted.  

Can I pay on the door?

With sell out events, which this is expected to be, we always suggest pre-payment to gaurantee your tickets. We will accept a guest list reservation to pay on the door through the party organisers. Payment in cash incurs no fees. Payment by card carries a £3.00 processing fee by the club. 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You should bring your ID and your own alcohol should you wish to consume it because the club does not sell alcohol. A selection of soft drinks, water and tea/coffee are available on the house. Because this is an adult event where sexual interaction may occur, we always advocate that you should bring condoms and practice safe sex, but in the event that you forget, these may be purchased at the front desk. 

You MUST NOT bring drugs to the club. We do not condone the use of drugs under any circumstances and we may confiscate any suspicious substances, ask you to leave the club immediately and report such incidents to the police.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

I am afraid that all tickets are non-refundable, but we do try to help customers should events conspire against you by transferring paid tickets to another event as long as you notify us no later than 7pm on the day of an event. Transferred tickets MUST be used within 21 days. This does take time and an administration fee of £20.00 may be applied. We cannot refund once an event has started.
