- Terms and Conditions for BASECON 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in BASECON 2026 ("Event"), organized by AMAHDCORP Camps ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor participant (e.g., athlete under 18). If you do not agree, do not register.

1. Registration and Payment

- Registration is first-come, first-served, limited to 250 spots. All registrations must be completed via Bookitbee, with full payment or approved payment plan.

- Ticket price: $500 per athlete (includes training, daily lunches, instructor food/hotel). Early Access discount ($449 for first 50) available while supplies last.

- Payment plans: $100 deposit + installments; all balances due by June 1, 2026. Failure to pay results in cancellation without refund.

- All sales are final subject to refund policy below. You confirm the participant meets eligibility (6th grade–college, base positions only).

 2. Refunds and Cancellations

- Cancellations before April 1, 2026: Full refund minus $50 processing fee.

- Cancellations April 1–May 31, 2026: 50% refund.

- Cancellations after June 1, 2026, or no-shows: No refund.

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be issued (no liability for travel costs).

- Transfers to another participant allowed until June 1, 2026, with $25 fee.

 3. Liability and Waiver

- Participation involves physical activity with risk of injury. You release AMAHDCORP Camps, Premier Athletics Nashville, instructors, and affiliates from all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the Event, including negligence (to the extent permitted by law).

- Participants must submit a signed waiver and medical release (via Bookitbee checkbox) acknowledging risks and confirming good health. Minors require parent/guardian consent.

- We are not responsible for lost/stolen items, travel disruptions, or third-party services (e.g., flights/hotels).

 4. Code of Conduct

- All participants must behave respectfully—no harassment, bullying, or unsafe actions. Violations may result in removal without refund.

- No alcohol, drugs, or weapons allowed. Follow all venue rules and instructor directions.

- Parents/spectators must supervise minors and not interfere with training.

 5. Media Release

- By attending, you grant us permission to use photos/videos of participants for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website) without compensation.

 6. Changes and Disputes

- We may modify Event details (e.g., schedule, instructors) without notice or refund, as long as the core experience remains.

- These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Palm beach, Fl. Any disputes or issues arising from these Terms and Agreements involving participants or parents will be resolved through binding arbitration. This means a neutral private arbitrator.
