The Anthem Way: Effective Coaching - using the Anthem coaching model

This 3 part course will use the Anthem coaching model and the book Responsive Coaching as a set text to develop participants’ skills and understanding of both coaching and leading the implementation of coaching in a school. It is aimed at developing the skills and confidence of: Lead Pracs, teachers appointed to have coaching responsibility or who have the potential to grow in this area as well as SLT members setting up coaching programmes from scratch. It would also benefit new curriculum leaders or curriculum leaders who wish to develop their leadership of teaching and learning. A coaching handbook and training videos will accompany the course.

The courses 3 sessions are as follows;

• 1 in person day: Tuesday 10th December, 10:00-16:00, at St Mark's Academy.
• 2 online sessions: 22nd January, 16:30-18:00 and 7th May, 16:30-18:00
• plus, 1 in-school impact visit from the ESC team.
