ANTHONY NOLAN LONDON MARATHON PASTA PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If you have agreed that Anthony Nolan may keep you updated about future events, Anthony Nolan will contact you about how you can help.

2. You attend the Anthony Nolan London Marathon pasta entirely at your own risk and Anthony Nolan shall not be liable for any injury or loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of your attendance at this event, unless such injury or loss is incurred as a result of Anthony Nolan’s negligence.

3. Anthony Nolan takes all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of injury to attendees during events. There is a stringent risk assessment process in place for each event. However, by taking part in the Anthony Nolan London Marathon pasta party, you acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances which are beyond Anthony Nolan’s control and which can lead to unforeseen risks. If you have any concerns or queries please contact Anthony Nolan before agreeing to attend this event.

4. By attending, you confirm that you are happy for any general footage or photographs taken during your attendance at the Anthony Nolan London Marathon pasta party to be used to publicise Anthony Nolan’s work. Any photographs or video footage of you, and of any other attendees you are booking for may be shared on our website, social media, and/or used in marketing materials.

5. If the Anthony Nolan London Marathon pasta party is cancelled you may request a full refund.

6.Anthony Nolan will not refund your payment if you do not attend the London Marathon pasta party for any reason, including events outside your control such transport delays or bad weather.

7. Your payment entitles you to a buffet meal with a choice of 4 pasta dishes, bread and salad. Soft and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase..

8. If you have specific dietary requirements please contact the Events Team on 0303 303 3000 to discuss if Anthony Nolan can cater for these. Anthony Nolan cannot guarantee there will be no traces of nuts in the food.
