Barbelles Ladies Only Training is set up to get ladies to get fit, make friends and have fun!

COST: £750 (+ booking fee, and excluding flights)

- Airport Transfers - this may be subject to flight times on return day

- A jam-packed programme of activities including training indoors and outdoors, excursion to Siam Water Park (largest waterpark in Europe), beach WODs & hiking. Participation is optional.

- Coaching from three affiliate owners, mums and ex competitors with over 13 years of coaching experience

- LOTS OF FUN!!! (and of course some time to sunbathe 😎 🍸)
