What you need to know

Join us for an evening of open and honest conversation at our Family Matters café, brought to you by the Bearsden Festival. We understand that families face a variety of mental health challenges, and our goal is to provide a safe space for discussion and support. Our event will feature consultants from Bearsden's Wellbeing Rooms who will share their expertise on managing these demands in a relaxed café setting.  The  consultants will talk briefly about -

1) managing anxiety during exam season,

2) psychological aspects of the menopause

3) general emotional wellbeing- validating normal struggles.

There will be time for Q&As and informal discussion.

Our focus is on creating an inclusive environment where families can come together and learn from each other's experiences. So whether you're a parent or caregiver, our event offers valuable insights and resources that can benefit everyone in your family. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity – join us at our Family Matters café for an evening of connection and support!  This event is being generously hosted by Café Crème.

The event is free.  Participants are able to purchase refreshments.
