I am very excited to be coming back for my third Supper Club at 65mm, Tonbridge! 

I can't wait to cook for everyone again in Tonbridge. 

I started my Supper clubs back in 2018 at Sulston's kitchen, the idea was and still is to bring like minded people together through the love of food.
I love talking to everyone about the dishes i have created, the suppliers i work with and the techniques used to prepare the dish.
So you will see me on the night talking through each course and I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or more details on techniques used.

This is the menu I will be cooking on the night:

Chicken terrine with bacon jam

Cod croquette, samphire and Aioli

Roast lamb, broccoli, artichoke and salsa verdi

Rhubarb and vanilla with almonds 

 

65mm will be open for pre-dinner drinks from 7pm with the food being served at 7:30pm.
