I am very excited to be coming back to the stunning Waresley Park in January for another Supper Club!

With the seasons changing we will be holding this Supper Club in the newly converted stables that is now the cosy home of Bean Theory.

I can't wait to cook for everyone again. 

I started my Supper clubs back in 2018 at Sulston's kitchen, the idea was and still is to bring like minded people together through the love of food.
I love talking to everyone about the dishes i have created, the suppliers i work with and the techniques used to prepare the dish.
So you will see me on the night talking through each course and I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or more details on techniques used.

Arrival for pre-dinner drinks will be 7pm, with the food being served at 7:30pm.

There will be a selection of beers and wines available to buy on the evening as well as gin and tonics with Waresley Parks very own gin! 

The menu for the evening will be:

Tartiflette and cured meats

Scallop, pork belly, cauliflower and almonds

Beef, rosemary, artichoke, polenta and Cavolo nero

Caramelised apple, vanilla and almonds
