Terms & Conditions for Bewl Water Outdoor Cinema
By purchasing a ticket to the event, all customers acknowledge that
· That you may bring something to sit on (blanket or picnic chair).
· In the event of bad weather the event will go ahead - please check the forecast and come prepared.
· You agree to wear clothing and footwear that is appropriate for attendance of an all-weather outdoor event. It is highly recommended that patrons wear suitable shoes and weather protection, especially when the weather has been, or may be wet.
· Please note that it can turn chilly in the evenings, so please make sure you bring suitable clothing.
· No naked flames, BBQ’s, gas stoves or candles. No tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures.
· Bag checks will be conducted at point of entry
· Glass is not permitted onsite – as such please ensure all drinks are consumed from plastic drinkware.
· Please follow steward instructions, and abide by the designated seating areas.
· In most venues a central pathway is created within the arena. Please leave this clear to enable other audience members to move around within the arena.
· Medical Staff are present at all events. If you become unwell at one of our events please contact your nearest Steward.
· Please place all rubbish into the bins provided or take it away with you.
· Any drinks purchased onsite must be consumed within the event site.
· No umbrellas are permitted during the screening (except at management discretion).
· Bewl Water reserves the right to eject any person(s) who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons. Such person(s) will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
· Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification.
· You are responsible for all property that you bring to the event and Bewl Water accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to this property.
· You understand that there are inherent and other risks associated with attending an outdoor all weather event. You release Bewl Water (including its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and/or agents) from any claim and from any liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for, or as a result of, any loss, injury or damage suffered by you in relation to your attendance and participation in the event, however caused, including any claim or liability which arises due to any negligence of the event organisers; and
· Bewl Watrer can not be held liable or responsible for any damage to vehicles or personnel possessions whilst attending any of our events.
· Failure to comply with any site rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the event.
Bewl Water Weather & Refund Policy.
By purchasing a ticket to the event, all customers acknowledge that
· This event is an outdoor event. Scheduled screenings will proceed in what some customers consider to be unfavourable weather conditions, such as rain.
· Bewl Water may choose to cancel a session if weather conditions are deemed to present a safety risk for ticket holders.
· If a weather cancellation occurs and is cancelled prior to movie conclusion ticket holders will be issued with a credit voucher to the value of their original ticket purchase, which can be redeemed for any other screening night during the 2016 season (subject to availability)
· If a movie session is cancelled or terminated due to mechanical breakdown, ticket holders will be issued with a credit voucher to the value of their original ticket purchase, which can be redeemed for any other screening night during the 2016 season (subject to availability)
