Whether you’re completely new to Buraanbur or returning to movement after a long break, this class is perfect for everyone. Expect a full-body workout that will challenge you, energise you, and leave you feeling stronger with every session. Please do wear comfortable workout clothing and grip socks.
While this is a group class, every participant progresses at their own pace. I provide modifications, guidance, and individual support throughout, ensuring the experience feels tailored to your current fitness level, confidence, and ability. No dance experience is required just a willingness to begin and connect with yourself and like minded women.

It is crucial you are on time. Classes begin promptly and doors close at the scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted and the session will not be delayed for late arrivals.
This policy is in place because each class begins with a structured warm-ups and other plans I have prior to starting the session which sets the foundation for the rest of the class. Missing this portion of the class can affect both your overall experience as well as everyone else attending on time.
I understand that unexpected delays can happen and appreciate that life is busy. However, out of fairness to all participants and to maintain the integrity of the class, the policy applies to everyone. I encourage you to arrive a few minutes early, settle in, and begin the session feeling focused, prepared, and ready to enjoy the experience.
