We have a no refunds policy, but you are able to take out 'Event Protect' insurance through Bookitbee at the time of booking.

Privacy Policy

We do not share our contact list under any circumstance.  We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 

Most people dislike circulars via emails, even from organisations they approve of, because we all have too much in our in-boxes already. Central mailings from Campfire Convention Admin, for example, will be kept to a minimum and be strictly in relation to the event and Campfire Convention community.

What we collect:

• Information from Bookitbee that you have provided for the purpose of processing your ticket and sending out event information.
  

We may collect the following information:

• Email address and other information you provide when signing up to use on our Campfire Convention mailing list.

• We may periodically send community updates about activities and projects which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• We will aim to not send more than two update emails per month and you can unsubscribe from Campfire mailshots at any point.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
