Refunds and Cancellation

We will consider any requests for refunds up to 7 days before the event.  We are unable to give refunds with less than 7 days notice.  

If we have to cancel the event we will refund you in full.

If you are unable to make the event, please phone us on 01963 350143 or email: administrator@carymoor.org.uk to let us know, so we aren't waiting for you to arrive. 

Insurance 

Carymoor recommends you take out trip insurance to cover every eventuality.  The client is liable for any loss or damage to Carymoor property, buildings or land caused by any member of their group, no liability can be accepted by Carymoor for any damage to or loss of personal property. 

Health and Safety

Carymoor is based on a former landfill site therefore all visitors must be always accompanied by a group leader or member of Carymoor Staff.  Pay attention to any instructions given you to and ensure our health and safety procuedures are adhered to.

Special requirements

Please let us know if you will require any adjustments to be made for you on the day, or if you have any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of. 

Photographs and Social Media

We may take photographs/videos of your group while they are with us, these may be used for our website and other promotional publicity online.  Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed/ videoed.

Information about kit

Please dress for the weather and wear long trousers and enclosed shoes.  There are ticks on the site.       

Other useful information

There is a speed limit of 10mph on site which must be adhered to when arriving and leaving the site.      No smoking on site.
