Agreements: Tickets are valid for date and time stated only. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time slot.

Privacy policy: All personal information is held in strict confidence and not revealed to anyone outside Carymoor Environmental Trust unless it is necessary in relation to your activity or is otherwise expressly or implicitly authorised by you or required by applicable law.

Cancellation policy:

We will require a minimum of 3 people in order for the course to run.  We reserve the right to cancel the course if we do not have enough bookings.  

If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible.  Bookings cancelled 7 days before the event will be refunded in full.  Bookings cancelled between 6 days and 2 days before the event will be subject to a 50% refund.  Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the event will unfortunately be unable to be refunded.
