Please note that should you be unable to attend this event, a full refund or transfer is only possible two working days or earlier, prior to the event. Regrettably we are unable to offer a refund or transfer for your booking if advised on the working day before the event or on the day of the event itself, or for non attendance of an event with no notification. Our working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
