Chiddingstone Church of England School PTA Fundraising Ball — Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales
By purchasing a ticket for the Chiddingstone Church of England School PTA Fundraising Ball (the "Event"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
* Tickets must be purchased in advance via Bookitbee. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
* Each ticket admits one person. Proof of purchase must be presented at the entrance (printed or digital).
* Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold without prior written permission from the PTA.
2. Event Details
Event: PTA Fundraising Ball
Venue: Chiddingstone Castle, Hill Hoath Road, Chiddingstone, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 7AD
Date & Time: 16th May 2026, 7.30pm-midnight.
* The PTA reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, location, or timing where necessary and will notify attendees as soon as possible in such cases.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of:
* Event cancellation by the PTA.
* Government restrictions (e.g. COVID-19 regulations) that prevent the event from taking place.
* In the event of cancellation, we will offer a refund or the option to donate the ticket cost to PTA fundraising efforts.
4. Age Restrictions
* This is an adults-only event (18+). The PTA reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone underage, even if they hold a valid ticket.
5. Food and Drink
* The ticket price includes a welcome drink and a selection of 3 servings of ‘bowl food’
* A licensed bar will be available. Please drink responsibly.
* Please do not bring your own drinks to the event. Anyone found drinking their own drinks and not those sold by the event organisers or the venue will be asked to leave.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
* The PTA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to others.
* No abusive or antisocial behaviour will be tolerated.
* Once you have entered the event venue, you will not be permitted to leave and return to Chiddingstone Castle grounds. This is to ensure security at the event.
* Anyone who fails to leave the venue by midnight will be escorted off the site
7. Photography and Media
* The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future PTA communications, promotional materials, or social media.
* If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the organisers on arrival.
8. Liability
* The PTA and Chiddingstone Church of England School accept no responsibility for:
* Loss or damage to personal belongings.
* Any personal injury sustained during the event, unless due to negligence on the part of the organisers.
* Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
9.Data Protection
* Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely for the administration of this event and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your booking (e.g. payment processing via Bookitbee).
* All data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10.Force Majeure
* The PTA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of God, pandemics, war, government regulations, or any other event beyond the PTA’s reasonable control.
