Chiddingstone Nursery PTA


  1. In order for your child to participate in the Chiddingstone Nursery PTA Colour Obstacle Run, you must have completed the Waiver prior to them starting the event 
  2. I agree that my child will participate in the Colour Obstacle Run in accordance with the safety instructions which will be clearly explained by PTA representatives and volunteers at the beginning of the event. 
  3. I understand that participating in the Chiddingstone Nursery PTA Colour Obstacle Run is a potentially hazardous activity where coloured powder will be thrown at and around my child during the event. However I understand that the powder is not harmful to people, animals or plant life. 
  4. I agree that my child will wear any safety equipment outlined by Chiddingstone Nursery PTA Colour Obstacle Run. In accordance with the safety instructions and risk assessment, all participants must wear protective eyewear. This can include sunglasses, goggles, or prescription eyewear. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in the participation being denied. 
  5. I agree to provide protective eyewear for the event. 
  6. Chiddingstone Nursery PTA will provide a T-shirt for participants to wear while stocks last. These will be issued on a first come first serve basis- with priority given to advance ticket purchases.
  7. I agree for Chiddingstone Nursery PTA to take photographs and videos of the Colour Obstacle Run event that my child may appear in. These images will only be used for our social media pages and nursery website. If you notice an image or recording of your child on these pages that you wish to be removed, please contact us pta@chiddingstonenursery.co.uk and we will endeavour to do so. 
  8. I confirm that my child is in good physical health and has no medical impairments that may prevent them from participating in the event. If I have any concerns about their physical condition I will consult my doctor before participating in the activity and inform the Nursery PTA straight away. 
  9. Participants are expected to exhibit appropriate behaviour at all times and must always follow the instructions given to them. They must show respect towards all other participants, volunteers, equipment and facilities and must not misuse them in any way. 
  10. I acknowledge that participation in this event may be physically demanding and that there are risks of injury. 
  11. If the even is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date, then a full refund of advance tickets will be issued upon written request by emailing pts@chiddingstonenursery.co.uk
  12. Chiddingstone Nursery PTA shall store and use your personal information, for the sole purpose of organising and running this and future events.
