Terms and Conditions
This online registration constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Cancellations
We will do our best to ensure that the dinner goes ahead, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If we do so (other than for reasons outside of our control), we will refund your dinner fee in full but will have no further liabilities to you. In particular, we will not meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel.
If you wish to cancel your attendance at the dinner you must do so online via the registration website.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds in the event that you decide to cancel or cannot attend. Refund protection is offered during the booking process. It is designed to cover the attendee in the eventuality that they cannot attend for a number of reasons that are clearly stated. This refund protection is optional.
Non-Arrivals
Although substitutions may be accepted if notified in writing prior to the event (as set out above), non-arrivals will be liable for the full fee of the relevant dinner event was booked to attend.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
LIVE IT is a technology partner providing ticket fulfilment services.
The LIVE IT Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to bookings made using the LIVE IT platform.
