FAQ's:

• How do I enter the event? Please use St Botolph’s Lane BSERFC gate to enter the event space.
• Is there a minimum age to enter? There is no minimum age, but all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised at all times.
• Is parking available? Parking will not be available at the Rugby Club. The nearest parking is at The BMI or off Shirehall Way, both a short walk to the Rugby Club.
• Is there a drop off location? Please use St Botolph’s Lane for drop-offs.
• How can we pay once we are on-site? We accept both cash and card payments.
• Will tickets be available on the door? Yes, an admin fee may apply.
• Are there toilets? There are toilets available for attendees.
• Is there wheelchair access? The event site is located on a grass field, walkways will be installed across the space.
• Is it suitable for small children? We have age-appropriate activities for all children throughout the day.
• What is the refund policy? Refunds will only be offered if the event is cancelled.
• Do I have to bring my ticket? Please bring ticket either on phone or printed to enter event.
• Is it ok if the name on the ticket doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, so long as there is one ticket per person.
• What can’t I bring into the event? No sparklers can be brought into the event. Strictly no alcohol to be brought onto site and do not to bring large bags into event where possible.
• Can I bring my dog? Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.
• Can I leave the event and then come back? After admission, re-entry is not permitted.
