General Protocols

• Please only select the seat(s) you require and do not bulk book.
  
• If you require a seat all day, please book both a morning and afternoon ticket.
• If you need to cancel a seat, please email bookings@citacademies.co.uk as soon as possible so the place can go live again
• The new office layout can be seen on the video above. The Quiet Working Room with the AV panel in the old office is still available to book.
• You will only need one ticket to book out the whole room for every area apart from the Main Working Space. These rooms are available to book on an hourly basis.
• The Private Meeting Room is reserved for Finance every Monday and HR every Thursday.
