CIT CPD Offer: Complex Behaviour Training

This session explores the root causes of complex behaviours, such as aggression, self-injury, sexualised behaviours, and sensory-seeking actions. Delegates will learn to assess these behaviours using practical tools and develop a provision map tailored to individual needs. The training will also cover both proactive and reactive strategies to effectively manage challenging behaviours, equipping delegates with a comprehensive approach to support children with complex needs.
