Networking keeps you informed about the latest initiatives and allows you to connect with colleagues in similar roles at other schools to exchange best practices.

The primary purpose of the Committee is to facilitate communication, consultation, and assurances between the Trust Board, central services, and school-based staff on health and safety issues. It also provides advice to the Chief Executive on health and safety matters and oversees the monitoring of the Trust’s overall Health and Safety Action Plan.

The Committee operates positively, promoting a safety culture and encouraging employee participation in managing health and safety within CIT.
