Networking keeps you informed about the latest initiatives and allows you to connect with colleagues in similar roles at other schools to exchange best practices.

The Site Manager's Network meeting will include the following:

• A scheduled gathering of all CIT Site Managers or Caretakers.

• An agenda circulated beforehand, with members invited to contribute topics.

A summary of key trust information, covering:

- Capital projects

- Health and safety issues or events

- Policy process changes affecting Estates

- Legislative updates

- Information relevant to the roles of Site Managers

- Information on Contractor Frame work and Stat compliance contractors

- Overview of Trust Stat compliance position.
