Join colleagues from schools, local authorities, Trust, DfE and other partners across the East Midlands to collaborate on mainstream inclusion, whole-school SEND and the Universal RISE offer. Sessions will support schools to navigate emerging inclusion developments, share best practice and strengthen inclusive provision.

Setting the Scene for Mainstream Inclusion - Explore the East Midlands inclusion landscape, including Inclusion Plans, the DfE mainstream inclusion agenda and regional approaches. Share practice and consider opportunities and challenges for developing inclusive provision.

Meeting 2 - 7th and 12th January

Developing Inclusive Provision - Explore Experts at Hand and different approaches to inclusion bases and specialist provision within mainstream schools. Consider integration, belonging and effective inclusive practice.

Meeting 3 - 16th and 18th March

Leading Whole-School Inclusion - Explore current SEND developments and approaches to building sustainable whole-school inclusion. Share effective practice and consider the leadership, systems and staff development needed to embed inclusion.
