During this creative and fun workshop, you will learn how to use a sewing machine to 'draw' using a free motion embroidery.

After some practice you will have the chance to combine free motion stitch with appliqué fabrics to create your own collage style picture or set of cards. 

You will also be shown how to add loopy stitched writing and how to set up a machine correctly so that you can carry on with your own machine at home if you wish. 

All materials, fabrics and machines will be provided alongside templates and designs to start you off. If you have any ideas or fabrics from home then feel free to bring them along. No previous sewing machine experience necessary, suitable for all abilities. Limited to 6 participants per session
