Cancellation by us (unlikely) - If by rare chance we need to cancel a trip, we will refund all costs made by you or offer you an alternative date. However, if you can't make a new date, you will be given a full refund. Or you may choose to donate your money to The Inclusivity Fund.
Cancellation by you (hopefully not) - we understand sometimes plans change and you may no longer be able to attend. Whilst we do our best to please everyone; in this event we would not offer a refund. You may pass your ticket on to a friend or family member.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your pick up time - if you miss the departure, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
