We have an exciting opportunity for students to have their say on colleges. The colleges are absolutely vital to the experience students have at Durham. The University is currently renewing its overarching strategy and it is important that what the colleges offer takes into consideration what students need and want. For us to do this, we need your views.

Twelve focus groups will be held over a two-week period in October at various locations across the university. Students can book a place online and those who attend will receive a £10 Amazon voucher.

Topics for discussion will include catering, accommodation type and price, mix of students, academic activity and the marketing of colleges.

We are very keen to attract a cross section of views from every type of student so whether you live in or out, are a fresher or a finalist, an international or home student, an undergraduate or postgraduate… We Want Your Views!

We are keen to ensure that each group is as diverse as possible so if we receive too many bookings from a similar category of student or too many from the same college, we may get in touch and ask you to switch to a different session.
