These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for The Festive Glam Masterclass held at 182 Bedford Road, Kempston, MK42 8BL (“the Venue”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
- All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official ticketing system.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation. Please bring proof of purchase (digital or printed) to the event.
- Tickets are valid only for the named attendee unless otherwise agreed with the organiser.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
- If the organiser cancels the event, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the event must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (e.g. severe weather, travel disruption, illness), your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date.
- The organiser is not responsible for attendee cancellations due to personal circumstances, illness, or travel issues.
3. Event Admission & Conduct
- Please arrive promptly to allow the event to start on time. Late entry may not be permitted.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
- Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions at the Venue.
4. Travel & Parking
- Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and parking.
- Parking is available nearby, but spaces are not guaranteed.
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for transport delays, lost travel expenses, or parking fines.
5. Photography, Filming & Media
- The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials.
- If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please notify the organiser before the event.
- Attendees are not permitted to record or distribute event content without prior written permission.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel to, from, or at the event.
- The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Accessibility & Special Requirements
- If you have accessibility needs or specific requirements, please contact the organiser in advance. Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.
8. Data Protection
- Any personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with data protection law and used only for the purposes of managing your attendance and keeping you informed about the event.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
