Riverside Primary 7 Prom

This is a private event organised voluntarily by parents/carers and not by the school.

• Volunteer parents will be supervising throughout the evening and children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from adults at the event.
• If a child’s behaviour becomes disruptive or unsafe and they do not respond to instructions, parents/carers may be contacted and asked to attend or collect their child early.
• If you are not comfortable with supervising adults directing your child’s behaviour where necessary, a parent/carer should remain on site during the event.
• The prom finishes promptly at 10:00pm, and parents/carers are responsible for collecting children on time.
• Please ensure organisers are aware in advance of any important medical, allergy, or additional support information.
