Masters same sex pairs competition held at the now iconic Form Leeds.

We have lined up an action packed day comprising of 4 challenging WODs. Scaling will apply through the 4 age categories although some workouts will have different point values attached to each movement to allow those with the higher skills to still be able to showcase them.

70-79
80-89
90-99
100+

The minimum age of competitors is 35.
