Please show your ticket on arrival, you can print it off or you can show your email confirmation on your phone. Make sure you know what name you used when making your booking. Tickets are valid for date and time stated only. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time slot unless the management agree to do so beforehand. 

Please check your details and email address are correct before completing your booking. 

We cannot refund tickets once they have been purchased. 

Ensure you buy the correct ticket for your children. We have pricing based upon age and height so please check your child's height to ensure you purchase the correct tickets.

• We recommend all users wear socks
• Glasses/Spectacles must be removed
• All children must be supervised at all times
• No shoes, food, drinks or objects to be taken onto the inflatables
