Glen Clova Music & Ale Festival

This years festival is to take place on Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of July 2016

2.       The ticket price of £45 is per person for a 3 day camping and admission ticket. The purchase of these tickets is non-refundable and non-transferable

3.       The purchase of single days for camping will be sold on Glen Clova Hotels instruction; however these tickets will not be available to purchase in advance of the festival.

4.       Car parking for the festival will be free, however for health & safety reasons strictly no cars will be allowed in the festival camping site at anytime

5.       Campervans & Caravans are permitted at this years festival but they will be charged at the same rate as the camping.

6.       For health & safety reasons dogs are not permitted in the campsite. Any dogs in the Beer Festival Marquee must be under control at all times and any dog that isn’t, the dogs and their owners will be instructed to leave.

7.       Due to our location and ground disabled facilities are very limited, therefore for health and safety reasons we would advise any wheelchair users not to attend the festival. 

8.       Your own food and drink IS ONLY permitted within the FESTIVAL CAMPSITE. Strictly no food or drink is to be brought into the festival marquee anyone found with their own food will be asked to dispose of it immediately. There will be a well-stocked bar along with plenty of food options within the beer festival itself.

9.       You can bring your own alcohol into the campsite ONLY. Any of your own alcohol brought into the festival marquee will be disposed of immediately.  

10.   No glass is allowed in the festival area. All drinks should/will be decanted out of glass bottles and into a suitable plastic substitute.

11.   All rubbish is your responsibility we expect the camping field to be left in a tidy manner with all rubbish decanted into the boxes supplied.

12.   Please note that Glen Clova Beer Festival is owned and run by Glen Clova Hotel and we do not accept the loss of damage of any of your personal items

13.   Glen Clova Beer Festival has a no drugs & violence policy, any person found to be disruptive, violent or under the influence of drugs will be asked to leave the festival.

14.   Our staff we will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards them

15.   Under 21’s will not be allowed to camp and all children must be supervised and will be allowed in the Marquee until 9pm

16.   The festival is a family run event and we would like all of our guests and festival goers to really enjoy their weekend
