**All Student and Guest tickets must be purchased at the same time** 

Live recording and photography will take place at all Graduation ceremonies. 

This is the online booking system to reserve tickets for you and your guests to attend your degree congregation. All guests must have a valid ticket to enter the venue. Guest tickets can be purchased using your University email address. 

Your student ticket is free of charge. When purchasing guest tickets, you must also add your free student ticket to your order at the same time. Your student ticket will then be available for collection on the day of your ceremony from The Greater Manchester Business School (GMBS). Please note that student tickets are not sent by post or by any other method. 

Guest tickets (including children aged 6 and over) cost £15.00 per person. This includes a seat at the ceremony, a souvenir brochure, and a drink at the drink's reception (if attending). 

Please purchase guest tickets using your University email address (for example: SBW1MPO@bolton.ac.uk) and print your booking confirmation before your ceremony. If you do not have access to a printer, please bring your booking confirmation in electronic format and further instructions will be provided on the day.  

Please do not purchase guest tickets for children under the age of 6, as they are not permitted in the ceremony hall and refunds will not be issued. 

Child Attendance Policy 

• Children under 16 years old must be always supervised 

• Children under 6 are not permitted in the ceremony hall 

• A livestreaming lounge is available nearby for families with young children (maximum 3 tickets per student) 

• All children must be accompanied by an adult in all areas at all times.

Please note that if some ceremonies reach capacity, you may be reallocated to a different ceremony. If this happens, you will be contacted by email with full details.
