- We are sorry but we do not offer refunds, or ticket transferrals to another event if you cannot attend
- We cannot guarantee that you will be selected for a reading, but you will still have an enjoyable evening
- Sceptics are welcome, but please be respectful of other peoples beliefs and the clairvoyants working the event
- Please try to arrive and be seated 5 minutes before the start time, to avoid any disruption once the event starts
- Any disruptive, or anti-social behaviour will result in you being asked to leave and no refund issued
