This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you will be processed by us when you register online to attend an event at Haywards Farmshop. By booking for an event in this way, you consent to the collection retention and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

In the event that we have to cancel due to extreme bad weather a full refund will be sent. A decision will be made a week before using a long range weather forecast. The decision will be made by Haywards Farmshop and that decision is final despite the weather might change come event day. Due to the event being held outside all efforts will be taken to reduce rain interruption. If rain starts on the night that hasn't been forecasted, if this persists we hold the right to cancel the event and we will not be able to offer a refund. 

COVID-19: Although there is no requirements for a covid risk assessment we still comply with the requirements for cleaning, ventilation and welfare facilities in the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 or the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 to control occupational health and safety risks.

A risk assessment will be done for the night and all staff will be taking every precaution when cleaning and washing hands regularly.

How we will use your information

The information you provide will be used to process your booking. We will also use it to contact you regarding your booking. We may also contact you to undertake post-event evaluation.
