Policy Modelling for Health (HealthMod) Full Team Meeting 11-12 March 2026

Wednesday, March 11, 2026 – Thursday, March 12, 2026
Hilton Leeds City, Leeds, United Kingdom

What you need to know

We are delighted to extend this invitation to all team members to join us at the Hilton Leeds City Hotel on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 March 2026.

This meeting will bring together consortium members to review progress to date, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, refine strategies and agree on priorities and impact planning for the next 6 months.

Key Objectives:

  • To review progress at the programme midpoint by assessing achievements against objectives, deliverables, and milestones across all work packages, and by identifying any areas needing course correction to ensure successful delivery of the programme.
  • To reflect on the effectiveness of interdisciplinary and co‑production approaches - what has worked (and what has not) in collaboration between academic, policy, public, and PHI UK network partners - and agreeing refinements for the second half of the programme.
  • To review stakeholder engagement and policy relevance, drawing on feedback from partners and policymakers to ensure the research remains responsive to evolving policy contexts, system needs, and opportunities for influence.
  • To strengthen cross‑work‑package integration and coherence, focusing on how outputs, methods, and insights are (as much as possible) being connected into a clear, collective programme narrative rather than parallel strands of activity.
