By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:

Important Information

Open Times

  • Please arrive at the time slot you have booked.
  • Time slots for admission are 14:30 – 15:30 and 15:30 – 16:30 as per your ticket booked.

Tickets & Prices  

  • Prices are as advertised.
  • Tickets are for entry during the time sessions indicated above to have Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas only.
  • Everyone who booked a ticket must have prove of purchase to gain entry to event.
  • No tickets are required outside of these times for entry to No.5 Eat & Drink.

Allergies and Intolerances  

Please ensure that you make No.5 Eat & Drink aware of any food or drink allergies, intolerances when you arrive. There are no guarantees that they will be alternatives. But will do our best to meet your dietary requirements.

FAQs

Q: Can I bring my dog to Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas?

A: Dogs are allowed in the shop.

Q: How long is the experience?

A: We recommend that you allow at least 40mins for your experience. The length of the experience will be dependent upon on the number and age of people in your party and the number of tickets sold for that day. Please note that attractions will start to close before last exit.

Q: Can children who are not booked to see Father Christmas enter the grotto?

A: If no one in your party is booked to see Father Christmas then you cannot enter the shop.

Q: I’m meeting friends and family. How can I make sure we all meet up together?

A: Please arrange to meet any family and friends before you entry the shop. reed location.

Q: What is this year’s theme?

A: The theme for Christmas is Afternoon tea with Father Christmas.

Q: I have booked for the wrong day – can I transfer over to another day?

A: No, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased. It is noted at the point of booking that you need to make sure that you have chosen the right date and time slot at the time of making your booking.

Q: I have lost my ticket, what can I do?

A: Please send us an email at information@hertfordsanta.co.uk and we will re-send all of your tickets purchased.

If your ticket email did not arrive the usual culprit is a mistyped email address, but remember to check your junk mail folder too. If you can provide the details used when purchasing your tickets, please send us an email at information@hertfordsanta.co.uk

Q: My tickets haven’t arrived by email, what should I do?

A: The usual culprit is a mistyped email address but remember to check your junk mail folder too. If you provide by email to information@hertfordsanta.co.uk the details you used when purchasing your tickets we’ll search for them. 

Q: I want to move my booking

A: Tickets are non-transferable. This is highlighted throughout the booking process and in the Important Information which you must accept before completing your purchase.

Q: I want to cancel my booking and get a refund

A: We are not able to offer any changes, exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased unless the event is cancelled. Any refunds made due to event cancellation will be less any booking fees, donations or refund protection charges incurred.

Please be sure that you choose the correct date and time slot time when making your booking. Tickets are non-transferable. This is highlighted throughout the booking process.

Q: I want to buy extra tickets for a date/time that is sold out

A: It is not possible to buy extra tickets for dates or times that are sold out. Ticket numbers are limited.

Q: No tickets are loading on my screen, why is this?

A: If you are using Internet Explorer this might be the cause. This browser is no longer supported anymore due to Microsoft not supporting it and security issues, so you will need to use another browser such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Q: Can I book tickets at No.5 Eat & Drink shop?

A: We cannot pre-book tickets on for you. We advise pre-booking by using the booking page to avoid disappointment.


Terms & Conditions

Before booking, you must read the Information above about this event and confirm that you have read it before you can proceed with your online booking. Tickets are sold subject to these terms and conditions:

  1. Before making a purchase, please read the Information for this event and carefully review your individual selection and the date you have purchased for. 
  2. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred to another date, or refunded. 
  3. Tickets will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please let us know.
  4. Lost or damaged tickets can only be replaced with proof of purchase.
  5. No.5 Eat & Drink/Hertford Santa reserves the right to close all or part of the shop and to change or cancel events.
  6. All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. All guests entering No.5 Eat & Drink must have a valid entrance ticket.
  8. Photography is allowed for non-commercial private use.
  9. Children 15 years and under must be always supervised by an adult whilst visiting the shop.
  10. We don’t allow dogs in the shop. Except for assistance dogs.
  11. Allergies and Intolerances – You must inform No.5 Eat & Drink of any allergies or intolerances for any member of your party before hand in the booking form and also confirm this when you arrive at No.5 Eat & Drink.
  12. Hertford Santa/No.5 Eat & Drink reserves the right to introduce security checks, and items such as bags and rucksacks may be subject to search.
  13. There is no car parking at the event, please use Towns public car parks.
  14. No.5 Eat & Drink/Hertford Santa may hold you liable for any damage caused by you to the property of No. 5 Eat & Drink, 5 Old Cross, Hertford, Herts, or any of its contents or for any injury caused to any of our representatives or other visitors during your visit.
  15. No.5 Eat & Drink/Hertford Santa excludes all liability for any loss, damage to personal property or injury to visitors, howsoever caused, but does not exclude liability where any death or injury is caused by the negligence of No.5 Eat & Drink / Hertford Santa or its staff.
  16. No.5 Eat & Drink/Hertford Santa reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse entry or admission or to remove from any visitor from the workshop without financial compensation, if you commit any breach of these Terms.
