Off-Site Track Coaching at Calshot Velodrome

Sunday 8th of April 2018, 12.30pm until 4.30pm

Calshot is the perfect venue to learn track riding for the first time - so if you are a beginner this is for YOU!

Attendance is by pre-booking only, so to secure your place follow the instructions as noted below and please ensure you enter your details accurately. The cost to participate is £10 (+booking fee) per club member, and £15 (+booking fee) per non-member by invitation. This is payable online at the time of booking. 

A few things to note:

• If any under 6 members are interested in giving track a go, please check with the admin team first as there could potentially be height considerations with track bikes.
  
• Bookings are on a first come first served basis. If you have not booked in advance, you won't be able to attend - this is not a just show up and participate session. Only book if you are absolutely sure you can attend, so as not to take up the place of another member.
  
• If there are not enough Club members / invited non-members signed up, we may open this session up to parents/ guardians - this is at discretion of the Club and usually very last minute so no adult bookings please. Keep an eye out on Twitter for any relevant updates.

The Booking Process

Each participant must be booked beforehand via this very simple online form to secure a place and ensure we have all the necessary personal details, emergency contact numbers, and parental/ guardian consent in place before the session.

Please help us out by reading all the guidance and following the steps noted below ...

• Step 1: Ensure you have read ALL the information provided on the booking pages BEFORE you book a place so you are clear on what to expect, what to bring with you, the rules of participation and so on.
  

• Step 2: Once you are clear and happy to proceed, scroll to the top of this page to make your booking - the deadline is Saturday 7th of April 2018 at 5pm. A parent / guardian will need to complete this form as parental consent is required.

• Step 3: Select the quantity of "tickets" per number of children you are booking for and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the booking. Payment will be taken online to complete the process.
  
  
• Step 4: Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email - please ensure you read this. You will also receive a PDF ticket to print and bring along with you. Double check your email address before you submit your booking – if you enter this incorrectly, your email confirmation and payment receipt will not be delivered.
