Thank you for booking with Live At Hoots. We're looking forward to seeing you! 

Doors open up to 30 minutes before the show starts. Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please be with us no later than 15 minutes before your shows starts. All shows start on time and unfortunately, latecomers may not be admitted. If you are not with us before the show starts, we may place your tickets back on sale on the door as late returns.

We don't require a print out of your ticket as long as you have a print-screen confirmation or the PDF on your phone.

Our shows are recommended for people aged 16 and above. Guests aged between 16-17 years old are permitted in the venue until 11pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 are not permitted, unless otherwise noted in the show descriptions.

Refunds will only be issued with more than one week notice. 

If we suspect you are too intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry, without a ticket refund.
