Dogepalooza 2024 Terms and Conditions for Vendors and Sponsors**

Welcome to Dogepalooza 2024! By choosing to participate as a vendor or sponsor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Commitment and Payment**

   - Vendors and sponsors must complete all necessary information and payments by the deadlines specified by the organizers.

2. **Space Allocation and Usage**

   - Space will be allocated based on the package selected and availability. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the layout as needed.

   - Vendors and sponsors agree to use their allocated space responsibly and within the guidelines provided by the organizers.

3. **Setup and Dismantling**

   - Detailed schedules for setup and dismantling will be provided. Vendors and sponsors must adhere to these times to ensure a smooth operation for all parties involved.

4. **Conduct and Compliance**

   - Participants must comply with all local laws, including those related to health and safety, licensing, and alternative medicine.

   - Vendors and sponsors are responsible for their own conduct and that of their employees and representatives, ensuring a respectful and professional environment.

5. **Liability and Insurance**

   - Vendors and sponsors are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including liability and property damage.

   - The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the vendor, sponsor, their employees, or property from any cause whatsoever.

6. **Promotion and Branding**

   - Use of the Dogepalooza or Kine Hearts Media and its affiliates name and logo in promotions is permitted but must be pre-approved by the organizers.

   - Sponsors receive specific promotional benefits as outlined in their sponsorship agreement, which must be adhered to.

7. **Cancellation by Participant**

   -  potential refunds will be not be issued, Only credit for next event if notification of 10 days was not received. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the event. 

8. **Force Majeure**

   - In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers' control (e.g., natural disaster, public health emergency), the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, with specific policies for refunds or credit outlined in your agreement.

9. **Governing Law**

   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state/country where the event is held, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

10. **Amendment**

    - The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors and sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Refund Protection

LIVE IT offers a Refund Protection service to people purchasing tickets to your event. These services are provided by LIVE IT and its Partners and are designed to offer your ticket buyers benefits to the ticket buying experience.

This service protects a ticket buyer’s booking at an additional cost, in order to get a full refund of the purchase price should anyone in the party be unable to attend your event through:

    •    Death, injury, illness happening to the ticket buyer, or a member of their immediate family.

    •    Burglary or fire at the ticket buyer’s residence in the 48 hours immediately before the booked event.

    •    Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings.

    •    The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking the ticket buyer to the booked event.

    •    The ticket buyer being summoned to appear at court proceedings as a witness which you were unaware of at the time of booking.

    •    The ticket buyer being relocated for work more than 100 miles from the booked event which you were unaware of at the time of booking.
