KMC Women's Awareness & Self Defence Workshop

Krav Maga Central will be holding a Women's only Awareness & Self Defence Workshop on 5th October 2025.

This workshop is open to all female members and non female members and will cover:

* Self awareness 

* How to minimise the chances of becoming a victim

* Basic striking

* Dealing with muggers and attackers and where you stand with the law
