The keynote address will be provided by Kate McKenna, who has extensive experience of working across a range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations. Kate has facilitated the Local Authority Early Years Strategic Leads Network for the last four years and also works with the East Midlands Teaching School Alliances, Early Years Subgroup.

In her keynote “Change – is it a threat or an opportunity?” Kate will explore changes in the landscape including the role of Teaching Schools and System Leadership and the importance of embracing change to secure improvements in children’s outcomes.
