Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Together LTT is a partnership of seven teaching schools
This exciting and inspirational conference has been devised to meet the needs of Early Years practitioners working as childminders, in pvi settings, nurseries and schools.

The keynote address will be provided by Kate McKenna, who has extensive experience of working across a range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations. She has a particular ‘phase specialism’ in the Early Years, including having worked for three years as an Early Years Associate with NCTL. Kate has facilitated the Local Authority Early Years Strategic Leads Network for the last four years and also works with the East Midlands Teaching School Alliances, Early Years Subgroup.
In her keynote “Change – is it a threat or an opportunity?” Kate will explore changes in the landscape including the role of Teaching Schools and System Leadership and the importance of embracing change to secure improvements in children’s outcomes. Kate will also consider key messages for delivery from research including the importance of attachment and transition.

Workshop 1 - Language of Maths
A demonstration of how 3-5 year olds are authoring maths journals independently using Book Creator for iPad.

This conference is being provided by Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Together, a partnership of 7 teaching schools dedicated to improving outcomes for children across the county and beyond.
