Would you like to learn how to quickly get your points across to senior decision-makers? Do you need to influence others quickly and effectively? Do you want to learn how to influence with impact?           

In a world where we are inundated with information, never before has ‘getting to the point’ been more important. This practical session is based on the work of Joseph McCormack and focuses on how to make an impact by saying less. This session develops your skills to structure your conversations in meetings, dealing with decision makers, or any opportunity that requires you to influence others.
