• Coffee Connect – networking with other LGT leadership alumni and ops cohorts
• Brilliant Business Cases – how to write successful BCs with Joanna McMahon from LGT
• Coaching Clinic – have a dedicated coaching conversation on:
• Your career development
• Your project progress and how to take it further

 Overview:

The session will be an opportunity to meet and connect with other participants from Cohorts 1-3, as well as other senior leaders from across the Trust. Cohort 2 participants Julie and Gemma have also arranged for the Finance and Commercial team to hold a specialist training session for you on writing effective business cases. This will be tailored to operational managers and will outline best practice, tips and tricks, as well as give you the opportunity to bring any of your own business cases to get advice on. Lastly, we will hold a speed coaching session where you can discuss either your career development or your improvement project and get input on how to unblock or overcome any barriers.
