The Event

1) Refund Policy - Strictly no refunds permitted.

2) Travel Insurance - You must have comprehensive travel insurance in place (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property). 

3) Guest Policy - Please be aware this event is for lesbian, bisexual, trans women and non-binary people only. 

4) Privacy Policy - Your details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. You may opt-out of receiving emails at any time. We will never pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

5) Timetable - Our final timetable is subject to change and will be announced to guests closer to the event. 

The Venue 

1) Smoking - Is strictly not permitted inside any accommodation areas. Smoking may be permitted within the boundaries of the property provided that all associated rubbish is removed. 

2) Alcohol - No alcohol is to be brought onsite, all drinks must be purchased from the bar area. 

3) Personal belongings - Any valuables left at the property are the guest’s sole responsibility. No responsibility will be held for any loss or damage of personal property. 

4) Behaviour - Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, the villa owner or the local staff may at their discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the immediately. 

5) Toiletries - Strictly only natural shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are permitted, please use the dispensers provided in each bathroom. Due to the nature of the ecosystem, no other products can be used which may cause damage to the delicate system. 

6) Water - Please bring a refillable water bottle to use throughout the weekend 

7) Mugs - On arrival you will be allocated a mug for hot drinks to write your name and use throughout the weekend. 

8) Kitchen - Please be aware the main kitchen in the finca is out of use, this is for staff use only. 

9) The Finca - Please be aware access is strictly for guests staying in the main finca only, due to safety and security the main door will remain locked. 

10) Pool area - Please shower before using the swimming pool
