Terms & Conditions 

• LezBe Mindful reserves the right to refuse entry to the site or instruct guests to leave for any reason (i.e due to inappropriate, violent, or aggressive behaviour, dangerous weather, or site conditions). 
• Dogs are not permitted onsite at any time
• Campervans are also not permitted onsite
• Washing up should be done at all times and all rubbish should be put in bins provided. Leave no trace. 
• Vehicles are parked at their owners’ and drivers’ risk

Drug Policy 

LezBe Mindful has a zero-drug policy. Any person/s found to be either possessing, using, or distributing any type of illegal drug/substance will be asked to leave the festival.

Arrival and Departure 

The site will open to guests from 4pm on the Friday and must be vacated by 1pm on the Sunday.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

LezBe Mindful Wellness Weekender tickets are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that the ticket holder can no longer attend the event it will be up to the ticket holder to resell their ticket. Please note that any reselling of tickets must only be sold to the appropriate LBTQ audience and you must inform organisers of the exchange along with the new holders’ details by emailing lezbemindful@outlook.com. 

Privacy Policy

Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. You may opt-out of receiving emails at any time. We will never pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

Liability

We accept no liability for:

i.  theft, loss, or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of your stay
ii. any defect or out of action equipment and loss or closure of supplies 
Guests are responsible for any losses and/or damage which occurs as a direct or an indirect consequence of their stay, irrespective of whether any losses and/or damages are caused by themselves or by third parties, if you leave your accommodation in an inappropriate condition, additional costs will be charged directly to you.

Site Regulations

• We do not allow fireworks or sky lanterns on site under any circumstances.
• If conditions are particularly dry we may prohibit the lighting of fires (including but not limited to wood burners, firepits and hot tubs).
• Only wood or charcoal provided by or purchased from us may be used in the wood burners, fire pits and hot tubs.
• Smoking is not permitted in any form (including e-cigarettes) inside any of our units. Smoking is permitted outdoors (unless dry ground prohibits this), however any cigarettes and matches used outdoors must be safely extinguished and disposed of properly in the ash bins provided around the site. Under no circumstances must they be put out and/or thrown on the ground.
• Please respect the natural environment around the sites and abide by the Countryside Code - leave gates as you find them and leave no trace on the land.
• With the exception of assistance dogs, unfortunately we cannot permit dogs on site. This is non-negotiable.
• No further guests are permitted on site, unless previously agreed with us.
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 9pm and all noise must cease at 11pm. We are unable to permit amplified music or loud acoustic music (such as drums, brass instruments) at any time.
• Please take care to use sort your waste appropriately. General waste should go into black bin bags into the corresponding steel bins or the large green commercial bin at the Lakes. ‘Dry, mixed recycling’ must be clean/dry and placed in the labelled steel bins or the large black wheelie bin (Lakes only). Glass should be separated into its own steel bin or the small black wheelie bin (Lakes only). We ask that you are considerate in how your dispose of unpleasant or intimate waste items.
