The seminar will be lead by the MetGDC with assistance from current and former MetDepGDCs, and is aimed at all lodge and chapter DCs but particularly those who are comparatively new in office.

It will deal with a number of issues, including formal and informal visits from Metropolitan Rulers, procedures for official and unofficial visits by VOs and SVOs as well as frequent issues that arise in lodge rooms and at festive boards.

No regalia will be required. The seminar will conclude no later than 8.30 pm.

There will be no refreshments at this event and so no charge is being made for attendance.

There will be some time allocated for questions.
