Terms & Conditions
Tickets are required for anyone attending any event. Once purchased, tickets
cannot be resold. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder
may be refused entry.
Refunds will be at the discretion of MetGL and are not guaranteed. Refund or exchange must be requested from the MetGL office and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Any refund will only cover the face value of the ticket(s).
If any event has any specific conditions, such as age restrictions and/or specific seating areas, then they will be listed on the event pages for that event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events
MetGL/MetGC reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised schedule of events.
For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
It is against the law to smoke in Freemasons’ Hall.
Food and drink may not be brought into the building unless with specific prior approval from the Metropolitan Grand Secretary.
You will be registered using your mobile phone so make sure it is charged and switched on on arrival.
In the Grand Temple Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other attendees. Please ensure that they are switched off or at least in silent mode.
The use of any cameras, audio and video equipment must be preauthorised prior to any event.
Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording that may include you as an attendee and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
Metropolitan Grand Lodge reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
Metropolitan Grand Lodge & Chapter will be taking photos at today’s Discover Freemasonry. These images will be used by Metropolitan Grand Lodge & Chapter to share news about the event and to publicise our next Discover Freemasonry.
Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on Metropolitan Grand Lodge publications and Facebook Pages. If you prefer not to be photographed, please speak/advise the photographer or John Flain 07974 72787.
